Entrepreneurialism is not a characteristic many people would readily associate with City law firms. Rather than concentrate our efforts and expertise on saturated markets, we go where the opportunities for growth are much more exciting.
This year alone, we expanded our network across the Middle East and the Gulf. We were already the largest international law firm in the Middle East. It’s a position we’ve now consolidated. Associations with leading law firms throughout East, West, Central and Southern Africa gives us the biggest footprint in Africa amongst international firms.
None of which is to suggest that we neglect our traditional markets in the UK and Europe. But our increased global presence is evidence of our ambition and desire to do things differently.
