I have been working at Denton Wilde Sapte for more than 17 years now, as an assistant, a partner, and as chief executive. I am immensely proud of the firm. Achievements such as building our presence in the Middle East and Central Asia to become the dominant firm in each region; using our strategy of concentrating on four key business sectors to create teams of lawyers with deep industry knowledge to offer our clients; and developing our career structure to offer lawyers the freedom to move up it at their own speed are some examples of why we are a firm that offers a great deal.
The calibre of our people has been and will be central to our success in these endeavours. It is only by employing the best people that we can continue to provide our clients with the high quality advice that they know us for.
