Training contracts in Milton Keynes
Your first two years will consist of four six-month seats. We offer trainees as much choice as possible and currently have seats in Corporate, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Property Litigation, Construction and Employment. All trainees must complete one non-contentious transactional seat (ie Corporate or Real Estate) and one Dispute Resolution seat.
Whatever your seat, you will be expected to rise to the challenge. Our approach is to give you as much responsibility as you can handle. After all, this is where the real learning starts - on the job - and you will be working with the law and with clients in real business situations.
You will be constantly challenged to develop your knowledge and skills. The work you will be given will vary from department to department but you can expect clients exposure on a daily basis. This may include involvement in client meetings or running parts of a case.
